Provimi France has built its strategic organisation around 3 specialist units:
1. The ProVilys service delivery unit brings together the Group’s premix and nutritional consultancy service, and holds a 21% share of the French market. The goal of this unit is to become the "leading service provider in terms of innovation" with the help of a strong team of nutritionists, significant investment in R&D and a strong local customer service presence

2. The ProVial ruminant product design and distribution unit leads the liquid feeds and nutritional specialities markets, and continues to consolidate its position as a major player in the minerals market. Its recently-introduced Maximix product is an important contributor to this strategy..

3. The ZOOTECH animal healthcare and ingredients unit draws on all the expertise of the PROVIMI Group, and works in exclusive partnership with many leading companies, including Citura, Balchem and other PROVIMI Group companies

Optimised cross-functional central services : the Group’s administrative, financial, purchasing and logistics functions are all centralised to maximise inter-unit synergies and efficiency. The Group’s modern, secure production resources are the subject of continual investment.

PROVIMI France employs 230 people and reports annual revenue in excess of €150 million.
